Dana specialises in litigation and commercial, civil and fiscal law. Dana is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and received her law degree from the University of Bucharest in 1994. She also attended a postgraduate course in Business Law and was awarded her Masters Degree of Business Law from the University Pantheon-Sorbonne in Paris which she attended between 1998 and 1999. Her experience prior to setting up David & Associates includes working as a Senior Lawyer for Bretagna, Gruia, Dufaut Law Partners from December 1996 to December 1999. She was also an attorney at the Bucharest Bar Association from December 1994 to December 1996 as well as a Law Advisor to the Fine Arts Union from September 1994 to December 1994. Dana speaks fluently English and French.

Dana has significant experience in commercial, fiscal and civil litigation. She has developed an important litigation practice assisting multinational companies before the Romanian Courts of Justice. Representative cases include assisting a Belgian beverage company against the Romanian financial authorities in a multi-million USD dispute related to the company's rights to receive financial incentives and defending a large telecommunications company against the Competition Council in a case that involved the largest administrative fine ever levied in Romania .
