Melania graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest in 1998. Prior to joining David & Associates, Melania worked as Legal Director for Euromedic Romania SRL from 2002 to 2004. She was also an Associate with Gide Loyrette Nouel Law Office in Bucharest from 2001 to 2002 as well as with KPMG Romania from 1998 to 2001. She specializes in corporate & commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. Melania speaks English fluently.

Melania has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. She has advised a German group (the Romanian leader in construction materials) in relation to restructuring and merging its Romanian operations and companies as well as a leading investor in healthcare services in Central and Eastern Europe with its USD 20 million green field investment. Melania has also represented companies before the Competition Council and the National Securities Commission.
